- Google Business Profile access -- when you add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile, we access only the review management features necessary to reply to reviews on your behalf.
- Usage data -- standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. We use this only for site security and performance.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our review reply service
- To communicate with you about your account or our services
- To send monthly reputation reports as part of your subscription
- To respond to your inquiries
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel, we will delete your data within 30 days upon written request.

- Calendly -- for scheduling discovery calls
- Google Business Profile API -- for posting review replies
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. We never ask for your Google account password. Access to your Google Business Profile is granted through Google's official Manager permission system and can be revoked by you at any time.
