These Terms of Service govern your use of Rave Reviews ("we," "us," "our") and the services available at ravereviews.co. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Rave Reviews provides Google review monitoring and reply management for local businesses on a month-to-month subscription basis. We write and post replies to Google reviews on your behalf using access you grant through Google's Business Profile Manager system.

Subscription and Billing

• Services are billed monthly at the rate agreed upon at sign-up.
• Billing begins on the date your service starts.
• You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Your Responsibilities

• You must grant us Manager access to your Google Business Profile to enable our services. You may revoke this access at any time, which will terminate our ability to post replies.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any business information you provide to us.
• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Our Responsibilities

• We will write professional, on-brand replies to your Google reviews in a timely manner.
• We will rewrite any reply you are not satisfied with at no additional charge.
• We will never share your login credentials or access your Google account beyond what is necessary to reply to reviews.

Content and Ownership

Review replies we write on your behalf become your content once posted. You retain full ownership. We may reference our work with you in general marketing (e.g., "we serve businesses like yours") but will never disclose your identity or specific reviews without your permission.

Limitation of Liability

Rave Reviews provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for actions taken by Google, changes to Google's platform, or outcomes resulting from posted replies. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if we believe they are being used in violation of these terms, applicable law, or Google's policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
